Our staff are all certified in multiple disciplines, and we all work as a team. We have an on-staff Kinesiologist and Osteopath for all active rehab needs, and a diverse skill set among the staff including certifications in Kettlebells, Yoga, Pilates and experience with Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Sports-specific training, MMA, Marathons and more.
